The second week of the Goddess Body Cleanse has arrived. The first week was not much of a change for me. Aside from the omission of bread and fake meat, my diet was pretty much the same.
I enjoyed the regular movement thanks to my custom plan generated by the Peloton app. I even extended my weekly goal to working out for at least 150 minutes per week. This is working for me.
During Week 2, the plan is to embrace a raw vegan diet and continue moving this body. I have already secured some new treats and a few recipes I would like to try before the week ends.

Goddess Body cleanse Week 2
In a matter of seven days, I have experienced reduced body weight, BMI, and Body fat. While a small amount, I celebrate all wins!
