As a mother, wife, friend, cousin – and all of the other things. I often find myself coasting through the days and in constant motion. As the days become more full, they go by even faster until I realize – wait – I have done everything for everyone; except myself.
The agitation, brain fog, aches, pain and more began to flow. My ability to focus became obsolete. Sure, we can blame some of it on perimenopause, but my curiosity would not allow me to settle on that.
I do not remember the day nor the time or even who facilitated my first breathwork experience. I simply remember the feeling. I experienced peace, clarity, and the motivation to move forward with my day in a way that I had not experienced in quite some time.

Breathwork became my moment of peace, an opportunity to connect to God, and to simply be still.
Stay tuned for part 2…
Peace and Love.
