Week 2 – the raw vegan week – is a wrap! I had so much fun during Week 2 and usually enjoy my raw vegan adventures. I felt lighter, closer to God, and full of energy. It was such a joy chopping fresh fruits, vegetables, and creating new meals for my family to try. I even had an eight-year-old sous chef join me in the kitchen. Results
I mentioned that I felt lighter and this supported the signs I observed, which included:
- A pair of sweatpants that used to fit like leggings slid on with ease.
- My undergarments were a bit looser
- My waistbeads are sliding down
I hopped on the scale early Sunday morning and the quantitative results blew my mind! Hey Siri, play Mary J. Blige “I’m going down” because the weight, BMI, and body fat – are all decreasing. Truth be told, I am releasing much more than weight, but that is another story for a different day.
