CodyApp transitions to a subscription service

codyapp

codyappI raved about the CodyApp some time ago and even shared my experience in the most recent self-care challenge with the Facebook fam. If you recall one of the things I loved about CodyApp was the ability to purchase a plan, download the videos and exercise without a need for wi-fi. All of this for a single purchase fee…who does that?! I loved it and it served my budget well. Seriously, how many of us subscribe to things – gym memberships, cable, etc. only to realize that we are not truly getting our money’s worth. No worries with this model!

Well, not for long anyway. I just received an email that CodyApp is transitioning to a monthly subscription model. Subscribers will have access to the entire library of workouts for $20 per month. The optimist in me says “Oh yeah!”, but I really have to question how often I will use it. I am really torn about this membership model.

The perks are that you can still access the videos offline, you have a seven-day free trial and can cancel at any time. If you want a bundle or have been eyeing a workout, I suggest you purchase soon. The final day to purchase individual workouts or bundles is 12:59pm PST on December 28. 2017. That means effective December 29, 2017 CodyApp will only be available for subscription. If you have purchased in the past or before December 28th, the workouts and/or bundles you purchase are yours to keep.

Let me know what you decide. I will keep you posted.

Peace.
