As I continue to write content for the blog, what a better way to kick off the relationship category than by celebrating my husband. This man and I have a very special love story. Depending on who you are and what season you hopped on, outside views of this union may vary. Ha!
Let me be clear…you will not find a play-by-play of our union on this blog. Marriage is sacred. We love. We grow. We overcome and repeat. That process is sacred. Just know that today is a special day for us and I just wanted to celebrate my man!
What significance does this man have on Queen Rising? Well, he has helped me become the woman I am today. He forces me to seek my inner power and has helped me reach beautiful milestones in my life. I can honestly say that without his presence I would not be who I am today. I am grateful for the good, bad, ugly, unheard of and magic that we have shared over the course of our relationship.
Obvious input that you will soon observe is the look of this blog. He is the man behind the new Queen Rising logo! Certainly, you cannot see it now…but you will! I am in love with it. It was only befitting to infuse his energy into this project. Stay tuned as the overall look of this little space begins to evolve.
