Now that the cleanse has ended and I have had some time to reflect, I am of course expressing gratitude. I am grateful for the weight (physical and emotional) that was released during this cleanse. I am also grateful for overcoming my fear of showing up – just me. Honey, I got on YouTube. What?! If you only knew…
New Habits
Now that I have yet again seen and felt the difference of eating raw, I am going to incorporate the following:
- At least one raw meal per day.
- One fully raw day per week.
I also really enjoyed how fancy I felt drinking fruit infused water. As a result, I will be incorporating fruit infused water into my weekly prep. As I prepare to return to work and parent pick-up lines, hydration in a fancy way is going to be lovely.
Lastly, I intend to stick with my movement schedule because it truly supports stress relief and a more positive state of mind. The physical benefits aren’t so bad either. As I prepare for the colder months (yuck), I cannot see myself walking outdoors as often. To ensure I stay moving, I will be investing in a WalkingPad.
Habits to be Released
For the sake of the cleanse, I weighed myself weekly. I am going to commit to weighing myself monthly instead. The way that my clothes feel and the differences in the fit will tell me so much more than numbers. This is especially important as I engage in more strength training and fun/unconventional movement.
I am also going to slowly release so much fake meat. I will be test driving a few black bean and/or mushroom burgers to support my love of burgers. This version will consist of whole foods instead of processed and textured plant proteins.
Overall, the Goddess Body Cleanse does not miss. I love the product, product line, and the creator – Angela Elizabeth. Dear friend, I wish you so much prosperity, abundance, and alignment in your journey.
Peace and Love.
