The power of the breath is undeniable. After my own healing journey and facilitating the healing of my son, I knew that it was time to share with others. I chose to pursue a breathwork instructor certification. I studied, showed up, and was certified.
Quite a bit of time passed before I decided to use the certification and actually facilitate breathwork sessions. I was busy practicing, studying, and making connections among the wide array of philosophies, languages, and spiritual systems I had previously studied. The level of joy this season of deep study provided me is one that I cannot put into words.
During my season of study, I was still able to share the gift and power of breath. I shared it with my mother while she was in the hospital, had a proposal accepted to share a session at a reputable university, and finally – I decided to offer my first session.
The First Session
Orginally scheduled for June 2026, I ended up rescheduling this session. There was too much movement and external noise. After making the decision to show up on YouTube and Instagram, I received the best news ever – my session is sold out! Thirty beautiful souls made the decision to trust little old me to hold space as they give themselves permission to exhale. I am humbled, grateful, and honored.
